REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

  1. Return Eligibility We accept returns within 20 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must: - Be unused and uninstalled - Be in original packaging - Include all accessories and hardware - Be in resalable condition Products that have been installed, used, modified, damaged, or missing parts are not eligible for return.
  2.  Vehicle Compatibility Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility before purchasing. If you are unsure whether a part fits your vehicle, please contact us before placing your order. Returns due to ordering the wrong item or incorrect fitment may be subject to return shipping costs and restocking fees.
  3.  Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: - Installed or used products - Electrical components - Customized or special-order items - Clearance or final sale items - Damaged items caused by improper installation or misuse
  4.  Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of: - The item - Packaging - Shipping label We will work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
  5.  Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective returns. If the return is due to our error, defective products, or shipping damage, we will cover the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
  6.  Restocking Fee A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to non-defective returns.
  7.  Refund Processing Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved. Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear in your original payment method.
